  • National recognition as a Teaching Ambassador in the NACCE Journal and on the NACCE and DSEF websites, as well as recognition for your college.
  • Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Business-related curriculum resources that provide plug-n-play options to enhance your face-to-face and online teaching materials without having to invest a large amount of preparation time.
  • Access to the latest teaching materials and research from the direct selling industry.
  • Free curriculum design coaching and technical assistance from the DSEF.
  • Priority status for guest speakers and industry representatives for your campus and classroom events.
  • Priority attention by DSEF staff to assist with guest speakers and industry connections.
  • The opportunity to earn incentives such as all-expense paid travel to DSEF Learning Journeys and NACCE events simply by advancing knowledge the direct selling distribution channel and path to micro-entrepreneurship


  • Ambassadors commit to incorporate the direct selling distribution channel into their courses.
    • This could be using teaching materials, workshop curriculum, videos, case studies, and/or data from DSEF (and Direct Selling Association) to better inform students on the direct selling methodology and ethical direct selling entrepreneurship.
  • Ambassadors complete annual outreach survey sharing how many students were reached with information on direct selling, and respond to quarterly updates to earn travel incentives.
  • Ambassadors also agree to share their increased knowledge of the direct selling industry and ethical direct selling entrepreneurship with their colleagues and institution to increase the awareness of the industry and its impact on entrepreneurship.
