Develop Success from Failure

Why do people start businesses? Some start ups result from a need seen in the founders everyday life, others are birthed out of innovative or creative environments but sometimes business ideas are sparked by failure.

Since Valentine's Day is right around the corner, we found this Entrepreneur.com article entitled, "How a Ruined Valentine's Day Dinner Inspired a Business" a very timely reminder that mistakes are not always bad and can often foster innovation.

We know that many of you are faced with overwhelming work loads, high pressure decisions and busy daily schedules. We are all human and will undoubtedly make hundreds of mistakes throughout our careers. We encourage you to look at these lessons learned with an entrepreneurial lens and turn a failed venture into a prosperous professional win.
