Ann Ewasechko

Ann Ewasechko is Global Manager, Economic Progress in the Corporate Affairs group at Hewlett Packard Ltd, based in London, UK. In this capacity Ms. Ewasechko manages partnerships for innovative education approaches and solutions across the globe, with a dedicated focus on the HP LIFE e-learning program ( 

Ms. Ewasechko brings deep expertise in multi-sector collaboration in the education, health and ICT sectors and international development funding.  Prior to joining HP, Ann was director of public-private partnerships at Development Finance International, Inc, a position she held in Manila (Philippines), Tunis (Tunisia), Newport (USA) and London, England.

During her time in Asia and Africa, she also consulted directly for international funding organizations such as the African Development Bank, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the International Labor Organization (ILO). This followed directly from a 10-year career at the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, which culminated in a position of First Secretary of Agriculture at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC.

Ann Ewasechko has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and a Masters in Economics from the University of Calgary (Canada).  She also followed a liberal arts curriculum at the Sorbonne University, Paris France.
