While an entrepreneurial mindset is linked to increased student engagement and higher academic achievement, it is also critical to prepare students to be future-ready for the new world of work that will require graduates to be problem solvers, opportunity finders, and adaptable individuals who can overcome obstacles and persist through failure. With an entrepreneurial mindset, students will become the next generation innovators and workplace entrepreneurs. And while we're preparing graduates with 21st Century workforce skills, we also need to elevate entrepreneurial thinking in the existing workforce.

Participants will:
• Understand the new world of work and the challenges our future and existing workforce will face
• Understand how entrepreneurial attitudes, behaviors, and skills will equip students and workers to adapt in changing environments
• Understand how to cultivate entrepreneurial thought and process into learning environments
