Payment in full is required by September 30, 2017 for all conference related fees, including registration, preconference sessions and tours. If payment in full has not been received by September 30, 2017, attendees will be required to pay the balance due upon arrival with a check or credit card.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds for registration fees will be given for cancellations received in writing by Friday, September 8, 2017.
Refunds will be processed after the conference minus a $125 administrative fee per registrant.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for pre-conferences or tours or for cancellations received after September 8, 2017.
Attendee substitutions can be made at any time.
